The apprentice, Gi Anyth Cedron, is wounded in a battle with her childhood rival, who has become apprentice to the Sith Lord Darth Crucible. Her rival destroys her sight in a sabotaged medical bay. Gi Anyth must stay behind while Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan join together to find the stronghold of the Sith. Gi Anyth must go to the stronghold to save her master and her friend and facae the truth about the past and the father she never knew.
